Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, visits, and online outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with teammates to develop and execute weekly and monthly sales strategies that align with company targets.
- Track sales activities and report progress using our CRM system, providing accurate data for performance analysis.
- Utilize personal social‑media channels to promote products, share promotional content, and generate leads.
- Participate in regular training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay current with market trends.
- Attend scheduled team meetings from Monday to Saturday, adhering to the working hours of 08:00 – 17:00.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company’s brand values in all customer interactions.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, competitor activity, and potential market opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Female candidates only (as specified by the role).
- Age limit: up to 30 years old.
- Strong team‑player attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a proven willingness to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills; confident speaking and writing in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Resilient and persistent; “never give up” attitude when facing challenges.
- Honest, diligent, and accountable for personal and team performance.
- Active presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and ability to leverage them for sales.
- Residence within Kabupaten Cianjur or willingness to relocate to the area.
- Basic computer literacy, familiarity with smartphones and common productivity tools.
