Responsibilities
- Execute all outlet operational tasks in strict accordance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Greet customers promptly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, courteous service throughout their visit.
- Maintain a spotless and organized work environment, including dining areas, kitchen stations, and front‑of‑house facilities, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items according to menu specifications, ensuring proper presentation and portion control.
- Handle cash, process transactions through the POS system, and reconcile daily sales reports with minimal errors.
- Generate and submit daily operational reports, noting sales figures, inventory usage, and any incidents that may affect service quality.
- Assist with inventory monitoring, restocking supplies, and notifying supervisors of low‑stock items.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally, employing conflict‑management techniques to preserve brand reputation.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to implement promotional activities, seasonal menu changes, and special events.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, hygiene protocols, and customer‑service best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA) / Vocational School (SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑28 years old.
