Responsibilities
- Plan, script, and execute live‑stream sessions that showcase product features, benefits, and real‑world usage.
- Engage the audience in real time by answering questions, reading comments, and prompting interactive polls or giveaways.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align live‑stream content with promotional calendars, seasonal campaigns, and inventory priorities.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as viewer count, engagement rate, conversion rate, and average order value, and report results to management.
- Maintain a professional on‑camera presence, including proper lighting, background setup, and audio quality.
- Continuously research trending topics, platform algorithm updates, and competitor live streams to keep content fresh and competitive.
- Assist in post‑production tasks when needed, such as clipping highlights for short‑form content or updating product listings based on live feedback.
- Adhere to a flexible schedule that may include evenings or weekends to match peak audience times, while ensuring consistent attendance from Monday to Saturday (08:00‑17:00).
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a D4/S1 degree is considered an advantage.
- Female candidates only; age limit up to 35 years.
- At least 1 year of experience as a live‑stream host, content creator, or online sales representative.
- Confidence and comfort appearing on camera, with strong verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Instagram Live, and similar platforms.
- Excellent public‑speaking, improvisation, and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work toward sales targets while managing flexible working hours.
- Disciplined, energetic, and capable of thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Key soft skills: audience empathy, creative ideation, time‑management, negotiation, and effective non‑verbal communication.
- Technical aptitude for setting up streaming equipment, troubleshooting live‑feed issues, and adapting quickly to new software tools.
