Introduction
We are seeking a talented Editor Video Profesional with a passion for turning raw footage into compelling visual stories. The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday, 09:00–17:00, and will have the flexibility to balance artistic vision with tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Penyuntingan Konten: Cut, assemble, and refine raw video clips into polished, cohesive final products that align with brand guidelines.
- Pascaproduksi: Perform color grading, color correction, and audio synchronization to ensure a professional‑grade finish.
- Efek Visual & Grafis: Integrate titles, transitions, motion graphics, and sound effects that enhance viewer engagement and storytelling.
- Manajemen Proyek: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, track milestones, and meet all delivery deadlines without compromising quality.
- Kolaborasi: Work closely with creative directors, producers, copywriters, and marketing teams to translate concepts into visual reality.
- Pemeliharaan Aset: Organize, archive, and maintain a clean library of video files, project assets, and version histories for easy retrieval.
- Feedback & Revision: Incorporate client and stakeholder feedback efficiently, making iterative improvements while preserving the creative vision.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up‑to‑date with emerging editing techniques, software updates, and industry trends to keep the output fresh and competitive.
Requirements
- Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK/Sederajat; ideal candidates hold a diploma in Multimedia, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
- Pengalaman: No minimum years required, but demonstrated project work or a strong portfolio will be heavily considered.
- Keahlian Teknis: Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and familiarity with DaVinci Resolve or similar tools is a plus.
- Kreativitas & Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives through visual sequencing, pacing, and mood setting.
- Ketelitian: Exceptional attention to detail, especially in audio‑visual synchronization and color consistency.
- Soft Skills: Strong time‑management, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.
