Introduction

Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a warm first impression.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about ingredients, dietary restrictions, and preparation methods.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, input them into the POS system, and coordinate with kitchen staff to guarantee timely delivery.
- Monitor table progress, anticipate guests’ needs, and provide timely refills, additional items, and attentive service throughout the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring that all service stations are stocked.
- Collaborate closely with cooks, bartenders, and fellow servers to uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash and card transactions securely, process payments, and produce accurate end‑of‑shift reports.
- Address guest feedback, resolve minor issues on the spot, and escalate more complex concerns to management while preserving the restaurant’s reputation.
- Participate in regular training sessions, health & safety briefings, and team meetings to stay updated on menu changes and service protocols.
- Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations in accordance with local health authorities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 in a food‑related field is a strong plus.
- Age: 18–40 years (flexible for exceptional candidates).
- At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant, café, or similar hospitality setting, either as a cook or server.
- Demonstrated ability to work honestly, be courteous, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for personal and team performance.
- Professional appearance and personal grooming that reflects the brand’s image.
- Excellent customer‑service skills, including the ability to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Strong teamwork orientation and the capacity to collaborate with diverse staff members.
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Fluent in Indonesian; additional language skills (e.g., English) are advantageous.
