We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Guru Bahasa Indonesia for both SMP (Junior High School) and SMA (Senior High School) levels at our Gading Serpong campus. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging Indonesian language curricula for grades 7‑12, aligning lessons with national standards and school objectives.
- Employ a variety of instructional strategies, including project‑based learning, multimedia resources, and interactive discussions, to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback and personalized improvement plans.
- Integrate English language support where appropriate, helping students develop bilingual proficiency and preparing them for national examinations.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum designers, and school leadership to continuously refine teaching materials and assessment methods.
- Participate in parent‑teacher conferences, school events, and extracurricular activities such as language clubs, debate teams, and cultural festivals.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and lesson plans using the school’s digital management system.
- Stay current with educational trends, pedagogical research, and technological tools that enhance language instruction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Indonesian Language, Linguistics, or a related field with a GPA of at least 3.00.
- Age limit: maximum 32 years old; all genders are welcome.
- At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience preferred, though recent graduates with strong internship backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent command of English; TOEFL or IELTS certification is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to develop lesson plans, manage classrooms, and employ student‑centered teaching techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Proficiency in using educational technology platforms, such as Google Classroom, Zoom, and interactive whiteboards.
- Commitment to the school’s work schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
