We are seeking a diligent and reliable Sorter Gudang Ekspedisi to join our growing logistics team in Bekasi. As an essential part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in ensuring that shipments are accurately sorted and prepared for timely delivery to our customers across Indonesia. Responsibilities
- Lift, move, and handle a variety of goods safely, complying with all occupational health and safety guidelines.
- Sort incoming and outgoing parcels according to destination, size, weight, and priority, using both manual methods and barcode scanning equipment.
- Perform routine inventory checks, report any discrepancies, and assist in cycle‑count activities to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring aisles are clear and materials are stored in designated zones.
- Collaborate closely with drivers, forklift operators, and warehouse supervisors to coordinate loading and unloading operations.
- Document daily activities, record any damages or irregularities, and provide timely feedback to the logistics manager.
- Adopt quick‑adaptation techniques to respond to fluctuating shipment volumes during peak periods such as holidays and promotional events.
- Participate in regular training sessions on safety protocols, equipment handling, and best practices for efficient sorting.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Male candidates (as per current operational guidelines).
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Physical ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 25 kg repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in sorting and labeling.
- Excellent adaptability – able to learn new processes quickly and adjust to changing work demands.
- Basic proficiency with handheld scanners or willingness to learn.
