Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a motivated Remedial Officer to join our dynamic team in Cimahi, Jawa Barat. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely collection of overdue receivables (A/R Overdue) and supports our commitment to financial excellence and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients, applying strong analytical and interpersonal skills to drive collection performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the entire A/R overdue collection process, ensuring deadlines are met and targets are achieved.
- Conduct regular monitoring of credit accounts, identifying high‑risk customers and initiating appropriate remediation actions.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports for senior management review.
- Coordinate with the credit approval and loan administration teams to verify documentation and resolve discrepancies.
- Engage with delinquent borrowers through phone calls, emails, and face‑to‑face meetings to negotiate repayment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance departments when escalated cases require formal action.
- Continuously analyze collection trends and propose process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff on effective collection techniques and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in any field; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Male candidates only, aged 30 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt collection, or a related financial role (experience is a strong plus).
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using credit management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance office located within the candidate’s domicile area.
