Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Supervisor Toko Cabang Tegal to lead our outlet operations in Tegal. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between the front‑line staff and the Area Manager, ensuring that daily activities run smoothly, customer expectations are exceeded, and the store consistently meets its performance targets. Responsibilities
- Supervise all outlet operations, monitoring service flow, product quality, and store appearance.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily reports covering shift performance, inventory levels, and sales figures to the Area Manager.
- Address customer complaints promptly, applying effective problem‑solving techniques to maintain satisfaction.
- Maintain rigorous standards of cleanliness, organization, and product freshness in accordance with company SOPs.
- Conduct onboarding and continuous training for new barista staff, followed by regular performance evaluations.
- Control stock levels of raw materials, equipment, and consumables, performing regular inventory checks and placing replenishment orders.
- Develop and manage staff shift schedules, ensuring optimal coverage during peak and off‑peak hours, including weekend and holiday shifts.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and supply‑chain teams to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Implement and reinforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the team, conducting periodic audits to verify compliance.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by encouraging teamwork, recognizing achievements, and providing constructive feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferred D3/S1 in Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in the F&B or retail sector.
- Demonstrated ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the capacity to motivate a diverse team.
- Solid understanding of basic customer service principles and the ability to handle difficult situations with composure.
- Analytical mindset for interpreting sales data, managing inventory, and improving operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in multitasking, time management, and administrative duties such as report writing and personnel scheduling.
