We are seeking a dynamic Advisor Sales (Customer Solutions) to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by delivering tailored solutions to our diverse client base. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs, presenting appropriate products, and ensuring a seamless sales experience from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across assigned territories.
  • Conduct in‑depth needs assessments to recommend appropriate customer solutions and product portfolios.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations that address client objectives.
  • Negotiate terms, close sales, and achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide post‑sale follow‑up, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market demands.
  • Participate in regular sales training, team meetings, and performance reviews.
  • Travel locally using a personal motorbike, adhering to a schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (or equivalent) with a strong academic record; candidates with a high school (SMA/SMK) background and relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Age: Maximum 40 years.
  • Gender: Open to all qualified candidates; we promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a customer‑solution or B2B environment.
  • Transportation: Ownership of a motorbike and a valid SIM C.
  • Core Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities; strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
  • Personal Traits: Self‑driven, goal‑oriented, resilient, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data analysis.
