Introduction

We are seeking a qualified Apoteker Penanggung Jawab Pengelolaan Gudang Farmasi to lead the operations of our pharmaceutical warehouse located in Bojongsalam, Rancaekek, Bandung. This pivotal role ensures that all medicines are stored, managed, and distributed in strict accordance with the Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB) standards and national regulations set by BPOM and the Ministry of Health. The ideal candidate will combine solid pharmaceutical knowledge with strong leadership, analytical abilities, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the entire receipt, storage, and dispatch process of pharmaceutical products, guaranteeing that each step complies with CDOB guidelines.
  • Implement and maintain temperature‑controlled storage conditions, humidity controls, and security measures to preserve drug quality.
  • Conduct regular stock audits, including stock‑taking, FEFO/FIFO rotation, and discrepancy investigations to minimize waste and expiries.
  • Ensure accurate inventory records in the ACCURATE system, reconciling physical counts with digital data on a daily basis.
  • Prepare and manage all warehouse documentation, such as batch traceability logs, temperature logs, and distribution certificates.
  • Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training on best practices, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with procurement, quality assurance, and logistics teams to streamline order fulfillment and reduce lead times.
  • Monitor compliance with BPOM, Ministry of Health, and internal SOPs, preparing the warehouse for both internal and external audits.
  • Develop continuous improvement initiatives, such as lean warehouse layouts, barcode scanning, and automated replenishment processes.
  • Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, including inventory turnover, order accuracy, and incident reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (S1 Profesi Apoteker).
  • Active STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker).
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution or warehouse management, preferably within a high‑volume distributor.
  • Thorough understanding of CDOB regulations, BPOM standards, and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong attention to detail, discipline, and a sense of responsibility for product safety.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ACCURATE inventory management software.
  • Willingness to be based in Bojongsalam, Rancaekek, Kabupaten Bandung.
