To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a disciplined and customer‑focused Kasir Restoran (Restaurant Cashier) who can uphold our high standards of hospitality, accuracy, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments with precision.
  • Process customer orders quickly while ensuring correct pricing, discounts, and promotions are applied.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked cashier station throughout the shift.
  • Provide friendly, professional greetings and assistance to every guest, answering menu questions and addressing concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure seamless order flow and timely service.
  • Conduct end‑of‑day cash reconciliation, preparing accurate reports for management review.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including regular sanitization of equipment and work areas.
  • Uphold the restaurant’s cultural values by performing the five daily prayers on time and maintaining a smoke‑free environment (including vape and pod devices).
  • Assist in training new cashiers, sharing best practices for speed, accuracy, and customer interaction.
  • Participate in periodic inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment as needed.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: Male (as per current operational policy).
  • Age: No upper age limit; we value experience and reliability.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of cash handling or POS experience, preferably in a fried‑chicken or fast‑food environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in operating modern POS systems; capable of handling transactions swiftly and accurately.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, a warm and professional demeanor, excellent teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
  • Personal Conduct: Must practice the five daily prayers, refrain from smoking or vaping, and demonstrate good moral character.
  • Additional Abilities: Familiarity with international cuisine basics, kitchen cleanliness management, and the ability to sustain cooperative teamwork.
