Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments with precision.
- Process customer orders quickly while ensuring correct pricing, discounts, and promotions are applied.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked cashier station throughout the shift.
- Provide friendly, professional greetings and assistance to every guest, answering menu questions and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure seamless order flow and timely service.
- Conduct end‑of‑day cash reconciliation, preparing accurate reports for management review.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including regular sanitization of equipment and work areas.
- Uphold the restaurant’s cultural values by performing the five daily prayers on time and maintaining a smoke‑free environment (including vape and pod devices).
- Assist in training new cashiers, sharing best practices for speed, accuracy, and customer interaction.
- Participate in periodic inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational policy).
- Age: No upper age limit; we value experience and reliability.
- Experience: At least 1 year of cash handling or POS experience, preferably in a fried‑chicken or fast‑food environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in operating modern POS systems; capable of handling transactions swiftly and accurately.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, a warm and professional demeanor, excellent teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
- Personal Conduct: Must practice the five daily prayers, refrain from smoking or vaping, and demonstrate good moral character.
- Additional Abilities: Familiarity with international cuisine basics, kitchen cleanliness management, and the ability to sustain cooperative teamwork.
