Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Barista Profesional Penyaji Minuman Kopi dan Teh to join our vibrant café team. As a front‑line ambassador of our brand, you will craft high‑quality espresso‑based drinks, tea specialties, and delightful seasonal beverages while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold brew, matcha, and herbal teas, following standardized recipes.
- Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and steam wands safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and surfaces are sanitized according to health regulations.
- Manage inventory of beans, teas, milk, syrups, and consumables; notify management of low stock and assist with weekly stocktaking.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers, answering questions about drink options, origin stories, and brewing methods.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operation during peak hours, including taking on additional duties such as food prep or counter service when needed.
- Uphold company standards for product quality, presentation, and timing, consistently delivering drinks within the expected service window.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with new beverage trends, seasonal menu items, and customer service best practices.
- Contribute ideas for menu innovation, promotional events, and community engagement activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all candidates (no upper age limit).
- Gender: All genders welcome.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Core personal qualities: honesty, loyalty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Team orientation: ability to work harmoniously within a diverse team.
- Communication skills: clear and courteous verbal interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Barista skill set: basic knowledge of coffee extraction, milk frothing, and tea brewing techniques.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during special events.
