Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Barista Profesional Penyaji Minuman Kopi dan Teh to join our vibrant café team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about coffee culture, enjoy delivering exceptional customer service, and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. As a front‑line ambassador of our brand, you will craft high‑quality espresso‑based drinks, tea specialties, and delightful seasonal beverages while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold brew, matcha, and herbal teas, following standardized recipes.
  • Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and steam wands safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and surfaces are sanitized according to health regulations.
  • Manage inventory of beans, teas, milk, syrups, and consumables; notify management of low stock and assist with weekly stocktaking.
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers, answering questions about drink options, origin stories, and brewing methods.
  • Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately.
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operation during peak hours, including taking on additional duties such as food prep or counter service when needed.
  • Uphold company standards for product quality, presentation, and timing, consistently delivering drinks within the expected service window.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with new beverage trends, seasonal menu items, and customer service best practices.
  • Contribute ideas for menu innovation, promotional events, and community engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Open to all candidates (no upper age limit).
  • Gender: All genders welcome.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
  • Core personal qualities: honesty, loyalty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Team orientation: ability to work harmoniously within a diverse team.
  • Communication skills: clear and courteous verbal interaction with customers and colleagues.
  • Barista skill set: basic knowledge of coffee extraction, milk frothing, and tea brewing techniques.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during special events.
