Introduction
The Officer Legal Senior Korporasi is a pivotal role within our corporate legal department, responsible for safeguarding the company’s legal interests and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. This full‑time position operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00. Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate contracts, including supplier agreements, service contracts, and partnership memoranda.
- Provide timely legal advice to senior management on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct thorough legal research on emerging legislation affecting the industry and prepare concise briefing notes for decision‑makers.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents, such as annual reports, shareholder resolutions, and licensing applications.
- Coordinate with external law firms, ensuring that outsourced services align with the company’s objectives and cost‑effectiveness.
- Develop and deliver internal training sessions on legal best practices, ethical standards, and policy updates.
- Monitor ongoing litigation or dispute resolution processes, providing case updates and recommended actions.
- Support cross‑functional teams in due‑diligence activities for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Maintain an organized legal database, ensuring that all contracts, policies, and precedent documents are up‑to‑date and easily accessible.
- Work collaboratively with HR, finance, and operations to ensure that company policies reflect current legal requirements.
Requirements
- Educational background: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; a law degree or ongoing legal studies is highly desirable.
