Responsibilities
- Present and explain Home Credit’s installment and credit purchase options to store visitors, ensuring they understand eligibility, repayment terms, and benefits.
- Assist customers throughout the application process, collecting required documentation, entering data accurately into the system, and following up on pending approvals.
- Provide clear, friendly education on responsible borrowing, interest rates, and repayment schedules, helping customers make informed financial decisions.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and product displays, ensuring promotional materials for credit offers are up‑to‑date.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets by proactively identifying upselling opportunities and cross‑selling related services.
- Collaborate with store managers and regional supervisors to share customer feedback and suggest improvements to product offerings.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints, escalating complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance with financial regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/MA or equivalent (Paket C accepted).
- Age 18‑40 years; all genders are welcome.
- At least 2 years of retail or sales experience; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, approachable, and capable of working with a diverse clientele.
- Basic numeracy and computer literacy for data entry and transaction processing.
- Willingness to work at a store location within the Bangka Selatan area and adhere to the schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; knowledge of local dialects is a plus.
