Introduction
We are seeking a passionate Senior Graphic Designer – Creative Visual Production to join our dynamic design team located in Cimanggis, Depok. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity of our brand across digital and print media. As a senior member, you will lead the creation of compelling graphics, collaborate closely with marketing and product teams, and mentor junior designers to ensure consistent, high‑quality visual output that resonates with our audience.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and deliver a wide range of visual assets including social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, brochures, infographics, and video thumbnails.
- Maintain brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to keep visual content fresh and engaging.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and product managers to translate strategic goals into visual storytelling.
- Lead brainstorming sessions, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior designers on best practices in layout, typography, and color theory.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within the Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00 schedule.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging design tools, and new visual platforms to continuously improve our creative output.
- Prepare final files for print production and digital publishing, ensuring proper resolution, color profiles, and file formats.
- Assist in the development of visual guidelines, templates, and asset libraries to streamline workflow across departments.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills is essential.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or other design tools is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to generate original concepts quickly.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – to articulate design ideas and receive feedback effectively.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor less‑experienced designers.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and tight deadlines.
