This role is based at partner outlets in the Tasikmalaya region, including both street‑level locations and shopping malls. As a front‑line ambassador of Home Credit, you will be responsible for presenting our flexible financing solutions to everyday shoppers, guiding them through the payment process, and helping to grow brand awareness through digital channels.

Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell Home Credit payment products to customers visiting partner outlets.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of Home Credit financing solutions, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Guide customers through the application and payment process, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience.
- Utilize personal Android smartphones to capture sales data, update customer records, and access internal tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales space that reflects the Home Credit brand standards.
- Engage with prospects on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to increase product visibility and generate leads.
- Collaborate with outlet managers and Home Credit supervisors to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Participate in regular training sessions, role‑plays, and performance reviews to continuously improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Provide feedback from the field to the marketing and product teams to help refine promotional strategies.
- Adhere to all company policies, including data privacy, anti‑fraud measures, and health & safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma or higher is advantageous.
- Age: 18‑40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- No prior experience required, but any background in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Professional, neat appearance and a positive attitude toward customers.
- Own an Android smartphone with reliable internet access.
- Willingness to work in partner outlets across street‑level locations or malls, with a schedule of Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
- Basic proficiency with social media tools and a willingness to learn digital marketing tactics.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable handling multiple customers simultaneously.
