To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a motivated Supervisor Dapur Produksi (Production Kitchen Supervisor) who can lead a dynamic team, maintain strict food‑safety standards, and drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.
This full‑time position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00) and provides an excellent platform for individuals who thrive in a hands‑on, results‑oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily kitchen activities, ensuring that all production targets are met without compromising quality or safety.
- Coordinate and schedule kitchen staff, assigning tasks based on skill level and production priorities.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and consumables; place orders and manage stock to avoid shortages.
- Enforce HACCP, GMP, and local food‑safety regulations, conducting regular audits and corrective actions.
- Train new employees on equipment operation, sanitation procedures, and proper handling of ingredients.
- Maintain and troubleshoot kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, fryers, and slicers, scheduling preventive maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate with the quality‑control team to conduct routine product inspections and document any deviations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflow and reduce waste.
- Prepare daily production reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and present findings to senior management.
- Foster a positive work culture by encouraging open communication, recognizing outstanding performance, and resolving conflicts promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a technical or culinary certification is a plus.
- Preferred residence: Bangkalan City or surrounding areas to ensure reliable attendance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey instructions clearly to diverse team members.
- High level of initiative; capable of making quick, effective decisions under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic proficiency in operating common kitchen equipment (mixers, ovens, steamers, etc.).
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak production periods or special projects.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle moderate lifting (up to 25 kg).
