Responsibilities

- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and respectful interaction among students.
- Monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, school counselors, and administrators to design interdisciplinary projects and school‑wide events.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings, professional development workshops, and parent‑teacher conferences.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, preferably from a PGSD (Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar) or PGMI (Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) program.
- Age: Not older than 28 years.
- Marital Status: Single (belum menikah) is preferred to ensure full dedication to school duties.
- Religion: Must be Muslim (muslimah/muslim) and committed to upholding the school’s Islamic ethos.
- Gender: Open to all genders, though the position emphasizes a female candidate for cultural compatibility.
- Experience: No prior teaching experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Strong communication, classroom management, and a genuine enthusiasm for developing teaching competencies (Pengembangan Keterampilan Mengajar).

- Availability: Full‑time commitment, Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
