Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short‑form video content that highlights product features, promotions, and user‑generated testimonials.
- Upload and schedule videos on TikTok, Shopee, Instagram Reels, and other emerging platforms while ensuring compliance with each channel’s best practices.
- Manage affiliate links and track performance metrics, optimizing content to improve click‑through rates and conversion.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align content with campaign calendars and seasonal sales events.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all social media assets.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments, and leverage community feedback to refine future content.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Prepare weekly performance reports highlighting key KPIs such as views, likes, shares, and affiliate revenue.
- Assist in brainstorming sessions for new content ideas, contests, and influencer collaborations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Communications, Media, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience creating video content for social media, preferably in e‑commerce or retail.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) and graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, and emerging short‑form video platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling, composition, and pacing.
- Analytical attitude – comfortable interpreting data to improve content performance.
