Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and personable individual to join our team as a Kasir dan Staf Layanan Pelanggan (Cashier and Customer Service Staff). This front‑line position is pivotal in delivering a seamless checkout experience and ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they walk through our doors. The role is based in a busy food & beverage environment where professionalism, a pleasant appearance, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with accuracy.
  • Provide courteous and prompt assistance to customers, answering inquiries about menu items, promotions, and store policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, ensuring all receipts, vouchers, and promotional materials are stocked.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and floor staff to coordinate order flow and resolve any service delays.
  • Monitor inventory of consumables (e.g., napkins, condiments) at the front counter and notify supervisors when re‑ordering is needed.
  • Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Perform end‑of‑day cash reconciliation, preparing reports for accounting and ensuring any discrepancies are documented.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, safety standards, and customer service excellence.
  • Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, especially when handling food‑related transactions.
  • Assist with promotional events, loyalty program enrollment, and special offers to drive repeat business.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate degree) or high school (SMA) equivalent.
  • Age: Maximum 30 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: Prior experience in the food & beverage (F&B) sector is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Appearance: Professional and attractive demeanor suitable for a customer‑facing role.
  • Core Skills: Proficiency with POS and cash register systems, basic math, and strong communication abilities.
  • Soft Skills: Honesty, responsibility, high energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Availability: Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Personal Traits: Team‑oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn new procedures quickly.
