Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Pramuniaga – Customer Service to join our dynamic retail team in Makassar. The successful candidate will serve as the frontline ambassador of our brand, ensuring every shopper experiences personalized service, accurate product information, and a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including stock replenishment and merchandise displays.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle returns, and manage cash reconciliation at the end of each shift.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the store manager when necessary.
- Conduct post‑sale follow‑up calls or messages to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and assist with regular inventory counts.
- Participate in weekly product knowledge training sessions and sales workshops to stay current on promotions and new arrivals.
- Observe and enforce company policies regarding dress code, hygiene, and, specifically, the requirement for female staff to wear the hijab.
- Perform daily administrative duties such as updating customer records, preparing sales reports, and maintaining a clean checkout area.
- Commit to performing the five daily prayers on schedule, reflecting the organization’s respect for religious practices.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (must wear hijab).
- Age: No maximum age limit; candidates of any age are welcome.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in customer service or sales associate roles.
- Transportation: Own motor vehicle and a valid SIM C driving license.
- Residence: Preference given to applicants residing in Makassar.
- Physical: Proportional height and weight to comfortably perform store duties.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 07:00 – 16:00.
