This entry‑level position offers a valuable gateway into the food & beverage industry, providing hands‑on experience across multiple operational areas, from front‑of‑house service to back‑of‑house preparation. Whether you are a fresh graduate eager to start your career or someone with limited experience in hospitality, you will receive comprehensive training and the opportunity to develop a broad skill set in a supportive, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and master all core job functions within the restaurant, including cashier duties, waitstaff service, kitchen assistance, and clean‑up responsibilities.
  • Participate in rolling station assignments, adapting to different roles as needed to ensure smooth operations during peak periods.
  • Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Assist in inventory checks, stock replenishment, and proper storage of food and beverage items.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to achieve daily service goals and uphold the restaurant’s reputation.
  • Adhere to shift schedules, including night and weekend shifts, and be flexible to work overtime when required.
  • Continuously seek feedback and engage in on‑the‑job training to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Age: maximum 30 years old.
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with prior experience in food & beverage, restaurant, or customer service are welcomed.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, energetic attitude.
  • Ability to work in a shifting schedule and adapt to various positions within the restaurant.
  • Willingness to be placed at either Banjarbaru Landasan Ulin or Banjarbaru Ahmad Yani locations.
  • Essential skills: analytical problem‑solving, food & beverage service, teamwork, sales orientation, and effective restaurant operations.
