Introduction
BCA Finance is seeking a motivated Konsultan Akun Lapangan to join our dynamic team at the Ketapang branch. The successful candidate will be based in Ketapang and will play a crucial part in maintaining healthy client relationships while ensuring timely payment of overdue accounts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct timely reminders to customers whose payments are past due, using both phone calls and on‑site visits.
- Perform thorough observations and analyses of each delinquent account to understand the root causes of payment delays.
- Execute collection activities while preserving a positive and professional rapport with customers.
- Prepare detailed reports on collection outcomes, customer feedback, and any obstacles encountered during field visits.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—including credit, legal, and customer service—to coordinate follow‑up actions and resolve disputes.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with BCA Finance’s data‑protection policies and the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022).
- Provide on‑the‑spot assistance to customers, offering payment plan options and guidance on financial products that may better suit their needs.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on collection techniques, regulatory changes, and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in any discipline with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.50.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior work experience is required.
- Strong passion for field work and direct customer engagement.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and personal motorbike for daily travel.
- Residence in Ketapang or surrounding areas, with willingness to be stationed at the BCA Finance Ketapang branch.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to negotiate and persuade while maintaining empathy.
- Organizational abilities, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward meeting collection targets.
- Understanding and acceptance of BCA Finance’s adherence to UU No. 27/2022 regarding personal data protection; consent to use, verification, and management of personal data for recruitment purposes.
