  • Conduct regular inspections and audits, promptly addressing any deficiencies and implementing corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with front‑desk, maintenance, and food & beverage departments to resolve guest requests, special events, and operational challenges.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens, ordering stock as needed while controlling costs.
  • Prepare and present daily and weekly operational reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators such as turnaround time, guest satisfaction scores, and incident logs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including waste‑reduction programs, eco‑friendly cleaning practices, and service innovation projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular risk assessments and staff training sessions.
  • Act as a point of contact for guest feedback related to public areas, delivering prompt and professional resolutions.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance appraisal processes for public‑area staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant specialization is preferred.
  • At least 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a hotel or comparable hospitality environment, with a strong emphasis on public‑area operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team motivation, conflict resolution, and staff development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Well‑groomed appearance and a guest‑oriented mindset, reflecting Accor’s brand image.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written) is an advantage; fluency in the local language is required.
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Clear career progression pathways, with opportunities to advance within the property or transfer to other Accor locations globally.
  • Participation in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and ESG initiatives, allowing you to contribute to community projects and sustainability programs.
  • Competitive salary package, health insurance, and paid leave in accordance with local labor regulations.
