Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site collection activities by visiting assigned customers in the Ogan Komering Ulu area.
- Negotiate repayment plans, clarify account details, and secure payment receipts directly from borrowers.
- Document each visit accurately, including payment amounts, customer commitments, and any issues encountered.
- Prepare daily and weekly visit reports for the regional collection manager, highlighting successes and obstacles.
- Achieve or exceed the monthly collection targets set by the department, contributing to overall portfolio performance.
- Identify high‑risk accounts and forward critical information to the credit risk team for further action.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local market conditions, cultural nuances, and regional legal requirements related to debt recovery.
- Provide feedback on collection processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections; candidates with 2 years or more will be given priority.
- Male candidates only, in accordance with the specific operational needs of the role.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and ownership of a reliable two‑wheel vehicle for daily travel.
- Strong knowledge of the Ogan Komering Ulu area, including key routes, neighborhoods, and local businesses.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging conversations.
- Proficiency in account analysis, active listening, area mapping, and debt‑recovery processes.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adhere to a fixed schedule (Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00).
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and data entry.
