Responsibilities
The Sales Coordinator will act as the bridge between the sales floor and senior management, ensuring that the team consistently meets or exceeds its targets. Key duties include:
- Coordinating and supervising daily activities of the sales team to align with corporate objectives.
- Developing comprehensive sales strategies and detailed work plans that reflect market trends and company goals.
- Monitoring and reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, adjusting tactics as needed.
- Providing clear direction, motivation, and constructive feedback to boost team morale and productivity.
- Overseeing sales administration, including order processing, contract management, and performance reporting.
- Acting as the primary liaison between the sales force and senior management, ensuring seamless communication.
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, dealers, and business partners.
- Identifying new market opportunities, analyzing competitor activities, and troubleshooting field‑level sales challenges.
- Ensuring all sales activities comply with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with marketing, logistics, and finance departments to optimize the sales cycle from lead generation to after‑sales support.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will possess a blend of academic qualifications, practical experience, and interpersonal skills that enable them to thrive in a results‑driven environment.
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Age: Up to 31 years old.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in sales coordination, team leadership, or a similar role within a consumer goods or distribution company.
- Core Skills: Strong analytical ability for market analysis, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, and a solid understanding of sales KPIs.
- Soft Skills: Leadership, problem‑solving, adaptability, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to motivate and develop a diverse sales team.
- Other Requirements: Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, and willingness to travel within the Barabai area as needed.
