The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across commercial and residential sites, ensuring that all areas meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. You will work closely with supervisors and fellow team members to deliver consistent, high‑quality service while adhering to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in assigned zones.
- Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and high‑traffic areas using approved disinfectants and cleaning agents.
- Collect and dispose of waste according to environmental and company guidelines.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, report shortages, and assist in restocking when needed.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the company’s quality standards and address any deficiencies promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate schedules, share equipment, and support one another during peak workload periods.
- Maintain accurate records of tasks performed, incidents, and any equipment maintenance required.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and respond to feedback.
- Work under pressure during special events or tight deadlines while maintaining a calm, solution‑focused attitude.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; inclusive workplace.
- Previous experience in cleaning or facility maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Honesty, reliability, and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Capacity to handle physically demanding tasks and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and safe handling of chemicals.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
