Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers, offering personalized assistance and product recommendations.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring fitting rooms are tidy.
- Operate the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system efficiently, process cash, credit, and mobile payments, and issue receipts accurately.
- Assist customers with size selections, fittings, and styling advice, promoting cross‑selling of accessories and beauty products.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Update product information and pricing in the inventory management system using Microsoft Excel.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Participate in weekly merchandising meetings, contributing ideas for promotional displays and seasonal layouts.
- Ensure compliance with store policies, health and safety standards, and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Work flexible schedules, including weekends and national holidays, to meet peak shopping periods.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; age not to exceed 30 years.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in retail fashion, preferably as a Sales Assistant or Beauty Advisor.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and basic computer literacy.
- Minimum height of 155 cm with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work on weekends, public holidays, and occasional overtime.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Single status is preferred, reflecting the flexible scheduling demands of the role.
