Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Officer Kredit Marketing Patrol – Indramayu. This role is essential to expanding our market presence, nurturing relationships with both existing and new customers, and ensuring smooth credit application processes. The successful candidate will work from our local office in Indramayu, enjoying a structured schedule that balances field activities with office coordination.
Responsibilities
- Product Promotion: Actively present and promote Adira Finance’s portfolio of credit and financing products to existing clients and prospective customers, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Order Acquisition: Secure orders from channel distribution partners, collect initial data, verify customer information, and compile all required documentation for credit applications.
- Application Monitoring: Track the progress of each credit application, coordinate with internal underwriting teams, and communicate approval or rejection decisions promptly to dealers and customers.
- Customer Communication: Inform customers about repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any other relevant details that ensure a clear understanding of their obligations.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with dealers, distributors, and end‑users, acting as the primary point of contact for credit‑related inquiries.
- Data Integrity: Ensure that all customer records, credit files, and transaction logs are accurate, up‑to‑date, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Field Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and any challenges encountered during the credit‑marketing process.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a D3 degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Age: Candidates must be 30 years old or younger.
- Experience: While fresh graduates are welcome, at least one year of experience in credit marketing, sales, or a related financial services role is a distinct advantage.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Strong negotiation skills and the capacity to persuade diverse stakeholders.
- High integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Resilience and persistence in achieving sales targets.
- Transportation: Own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid active SIM A/C driving license.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, based at the Adira Finance office aligned with the candidate’s domicile.
