We are seeking a motivated Asisten Pendukung Operasional to join our dynamic team. The role offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, allowing you to develop professional habits while enjoying a balanced work‑life routine.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operational tasks such as inventory checks, stock replenishment, and equipment preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workplace, including proper waste disposal and sanitation of common areas.
- Support the food and beverage service team by preparing utensils, refilling supplies, and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
- Monitor and report any discrepancies or maintenance issues to the operations manager promptly.
- Participate in routine checks of safety equipment and follow company safety protocols.
- Provide courteous assistance to employees and visitors, addressing inquiries and directing them to appropriate departments.
- Help organize and set up meeting rooms, event spaces, and other facilities as needed.
- Contribute to the company’s savings culture by handling petty cash responsibly and supporting cost‑control initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and continuously improve workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Must be 25 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior work experience required; enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Attitude: Positive, polite, and respectful demeanor with a willingness to learn.
- Physical stamina to handle a fast‑paced environment and perform manual tasks when necessary.
- Availability: Not currently enrolled in any educational program.
- Key skills: Basic food and beverage service skills, ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a tidy workspace.
