Introduction

We are seeking a diligent Petugas Remedial who will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely recovery of overdue accounts receivable (A/R). This role is based in Bukittinggi and follows a Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the entire lifecycle of overdue receivables, ensuring that each case is addressed promptly and in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct daily follow‑up calls and visits to delinquent borrowers, providing clear explanations of repayment options and negotiating mutually agreeable settlement plans.
- Coordinate with the credit underwriting team to verify borrower information and assess risk before initiating collection actions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all communication, agreements, and payment receipts in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with legal and compliance departments to ensure collection activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal ethical standards.
- Identify early warning signs of potential defaults and propose proactive measures to mitigate financial loss.
- Participate in training sessions and knowledge‑sharing workshops to stay updated on best practices in credit risk management and customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Male candidates only; maximum age of 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or a related finance role is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a clear focus on achieving collection targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and maintain professional relationships.
- Demonstrated integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty in handling sensitive financial information.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM or collection management software.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance office located in the candidate’s domicile area, with a work schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
