Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Keamanan Gedung dan Lingkungan (Building and Campus Security Officer) to join our professional security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding our facilities, ensuring a safe environment for employees, visitors, and assets, and maintaining a high level of vigilance throughout their shift. This role offers a stable schedule from Monday to Saturday, with working hours between 08:00 and 17:00, and provides an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the security industry.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the building interior, parking areas, and surrounding grounds to detect and deter unauthorized activities.
- Monitor CCTV systems and alarm panels, promptly investigating any suspicious behavior or potential security breaches.
- Control access points by verifying identification, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining accurate logs of all entries and exits.
- Respond swiftly to emergencies, including fire alarms, medical incidents, and evacuation procedures, while coordinating with local emergency services.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, documenting observations, actions taken, and outcomes for review by management.
- Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and local laws, ensuring compliance among staff and contractors.
- Provide courteous assistance to employees and visitors, offering directions, answering inquiries, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Collaborate with fellow security personnel and other departments to develop and improve security protocols.
- Participate in regular training sessions, drills, and briefings to stay current with best practices and emerging security threats.
- Maintain and inspect security equipment, such as radios, flashlights, and access control devices, reporting any malfunctions promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- At least 0 years of relevant experience; prior experience in security or a related field is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and handle stressful situations calmly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- High level of honesty, integrity, and responsibility.
- Proven teamwork capabilities while also being capable of operating independently when required.
- Physical fitness to conduct regular patrols and respond to emergencies.
- Basic knowledge of security monitoring tools, such as CCTV, access control systems, and incident reporting software.
- Valid identification and the ability to pass a background check.
