Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Staf Marketing Lapangan to join our fast‑growing financing division covering the Bontang area. This field‑marketing role focuses on promoting our motor vehicle and cash‑advance financing products directly to consumers through door‑to‑door outreach, community events, and targeted visits. If you are a motivated fresh graduate with a passion for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a willingness to travel across the region, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers in the Bontang metropolitan area through door‑to‑door visits, local marketplaces, and community gatherings.
  • Present and explain the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of our financing solutions, including new‑motor loans and cash‑advance loans secured by vehicle titles (BPKB).
  • Conduct on‑site feasibility surveys to assess borrower creditworthiness, gather required documentation, and input data into the company’s CRM system.
  • Negotiate loan terms, answer customer queries, and guide applicants through the application and approval process.
  • Maintain a daily activity log, report sales metrics, and provide feedback on market trends to the regional sales manager.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional events, distribute flyers, and execute localized campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with OJK regulations, including verification of SLIK scores and adherence to the minimum KOL 1 requirement.
  • Manage and maintain a personal vehicle (R2) for efficient travel across assigned territories.
  • Provide post‑sale support, including follow‑up calls and assistance with documentation or repayment queries.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior experience required.
  • Legal & Financial: Must possess a valid R2‑class vehicle and meet the OJK SLIK minimum KOL 1 rating.
  • Skills: Strong communication and persuasion abilities, basic numeracy for credit assessments, and a proactive, results‑driven attitude.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle a high volume of customer interactions.
