Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with the brand’s marketing objectives and seasonal trends.
- Conceptualize, script, film, and edit short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and longer‑form YouTube content.
- Manage end‑to‑end publishing, including uploading, caption writing, hashtag research, and cross‑platform scheduling.
- Monitor platform analytics to measure reach, engagement, and conversion metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay current with emerging social media trends, algorithm updates, and viral challenges to keep the brand’s voice fresh and relevant.
- Coordinate live streaming sessions, handling pre‑show preparation, on‑air execution, and post‑event analysis.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate content with paid campaigns, SEO initiatives, and community management efforts.
- Maintain a well‑organized digital asset library, ensuring all raw footage, graphics, and final videos are properly archived.
- Provide mentorship to junior creators, sharing best practices for storytelling, editing, and audience interaction.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Maximum 27 years old.

- Experience: While no formal years of experience are required, proven ability to produce viral video content is essential.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
