Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Petugas Remedial to join our growing finance operations team in Tulungagung, Jawa Timur. This role is pivotal to ensuring the timely collection of overdue receivables (A/R Overdue) and supporting the overall health of our multi‑finance portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with credit, sales, and customer service teams, applying strong analytical and interpersonal skills to achieve collection targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end process of overdue account receivable collection, ensuring all actions are completed within established timelines.
- Conduct daily monitoring of delinquent accounts, identify risk levels, and prioritize collection activities based on aging reports.
- Contact borrowers via phone, email, or face‑to‑face visits to negotiate repayment plans, resolve disputes, and secure payments.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all collection interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the credit assessment team to provide feedback on customer payment behavior and suggest adjustments to credit limits.
- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting collection performance, outstanding balances, and any escalated issues.
- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of collection policies, scripts, and best‑practice guidelines.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share insights, discuss challenging cases, and align on target achievement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal audit standards related to debt recovery.
- Support special projects such as customer education initiatives, financial literacy workshops, or system migrations as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/S1 in any discipline; high school (SMA/SMK) graduates are also considered if they demonstrate strong aptitude.
- Age: 29 – 30 years maximum.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit, or a related finance function is a plus; fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome.
- Solid understanding of multi‑finance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with flexibility to attend occasional overtime for critical collection tasks.
