Introduction

We are looking for a dynamic Pramuniaga Penjualan dan Layanan Pelanggan to join our fast‑growing retail team. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that drive sales.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring merchandise is stocked, labeled, and displayed according to company standards.
  • Process transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, handle cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue receipts.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in‑store, resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Track inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and communicate replenishment needs to the warehouse team.
  • Assist in preparing promotional materials, setting up seasonal displays, and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with fellow sales associates and supervisors to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, noting preferences and purchase history for future outreach.
  • Adhere to store policies, health and safety regulations, and company code of conduct at all times.

Requirements

  • Availability: Full‑time, Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
