Introduction
Artaboga, a leading Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company in Indonesia, is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our sales force as Sales Motoris – Penjualan Produk FMCG. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy direct, face‑to‑face interaction with retailers and have a passion for delivering high‑quality snack and food products to the market. The successful candidate will act as the front‑line ambassador of our AB2 product division, representing brands such as TANGO, FULLO, WAFFLE, IMPERIAL, and more.
Responsibilities
- Visit a predefined territory of outlets, warungs, and traditional markets daily to promote and sell snack and food products.
- Carry product inventory in the company‑provided saddle bag, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper handling.
- Collect cash payments on the spot, issue receipts, and reconcile daily sales reports with the office.
- Identify new sales opportunities, upsell complementary items, and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with store owners, offering product knowledge, merchandising advice, and promotional support.
- Report market feedback, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to the sales manager to inform product development.
- Ensure product freshness by rotating stock according to FIFO (first‑in‑first‑out) principles and checking expiry dates.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on product features, safety standards, and effective selling techniques.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety, vehicle operation, and ethical conduct while on the road.
Requirements
- Education: Open to all educational levels (SMA/SMK, D3, S1, or higher).
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates must be legally eligible to work in Indonesia.
- Gender: All genders are welcome to apply.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
- Key Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic numeracy for handling cash transactions and simple calculations.
- Self‑discipline, time‑management, and the ability to work independently.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Physical stamina to ride a motorbike for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) and a reliable motorbike.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, from 07:30 to 17:00.
