Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Promotor Penjualan Elektronik to join our fast‑growing sales team covering the Jabodetabek metropolitan area. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, introducing cutting‑edge electronic products to retail outlets, supermarkets, and direct consumers. The ideal candidate is energetic, target‑driven, and possesses a natural flair for communication and persuasion. This position offers a full‑time schedule (08:00 – 17:00) with a supportive work environment that values initiative, professionalism, and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell a range of electronic devices—including smartphones, wearables, and home gadgets—to both existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct in‑store product demonstrations, explaining features, benefits, and usage scenarios to help customers make informed purchase decisions.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge base on all product specifications, warranty terms, and promotional offers, as well as a solid understanding of competitor products and market positioning.
- Ensure that point‑of‑sale displays, promotional banners, and demo units are clean, well‑arranged, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collect and relay customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to the regional sales manager to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate daily and monthly sales reports, tracking key performance indicators such as units sold, revenue generated, and conversion rates.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, leveraging upselling and cross‑selling techniques.
- Collaborate with marketing teams during product launches, flash sales, and seasonal campaigns to maximize brand visibility.
- Travel within the Jabodetabek area to cover assigned retail zones, ensuring timely presence at high‑traffic locations.
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times, reflecting the company’s brand standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics or related retail sectors.
- Strong selling skills with a demonstrable record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Highly active, aggressive, and confident demeanor; comfortable approaching strangers and initiating conversations.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a “good attitude” and the ability to stay motivated under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey technical information in a clear, non‑technical manner.
- Professional and attractive personal appearance suitable for customer‑facing roles.
- Residency within the Jabodetabek region is required to ensure reliable coverage of the assigned territory.
- Basic proficiency with mobile devices and MS Office for report generation.
