We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver for Goods Delivery and Passenger Pickup to join our dynamic logistics team serving the Jombang and Sidoarjo regions of East Java. Responsibilities
- Transport goods and parcels to designated destinations while adhering to scheduled delivery windows.
- Pick up and safely drop off passengers according to pre‑arranged routes, ensuring a comfortable and courteous experience.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections, report any mechanical issues, and perform basic maintenance such as oil checks and tire pressure monitoring.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, delivery receipts, and passenger manifests in accordance with company policy.
- Follow all traffic regulations and company safety protocols, wearing seat belts at all times and using appropriate safety equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly, handling inquiries, and resolving minor issues on the spot.
- Coordinate with dispatchers and warehouse staff to optimize route planning and load organization.
- Ensure the vehicle’s interior and exterior remain clean, presentable, and free of debris.
- Participate in regular training sessions on defensive driving, customer interaction, and emergency response.
- Assist in loading and unloading cargo when required, using proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher (D4) in any field.
- Age: 35 years or younger at the time of application.
- Gender: Open to all genders; however, the primary posting specifies a male candidate, in compliance with local labor regulations.
- Valid Indonesian driving license: SIM A (car) or SIM B (motorcycle) with a clean driving record.
- Physically fit and mentally alert, capable of handling long hours of driving and occasional manual handling of packages.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Professional appearance: neat, tidy, and well‑groomed at all times.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to interact politely with customers and colleagues.
- Proven ability to navigate Jombang, Sidoarjo, and surrounding areas efficiently.
- Willingness to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime as needed.
