Introduction

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, providing accurate information on shipment status, rates, and service options.
- Enter and update shipment data in the internal tracking system, ensuring all package details are recorded correctly.
- Maintain daily bookkeeping records, including daily dispatch logs, receipt of payments, and reconciliation of shipment volumes.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy, following established escalation procedures to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
- Coordinate and schedule pickup requests through chat, confirming times with drivers and updating customers on any changes.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators such as response time, complaint resolution rate, and daily shipment volume.
- Collaborate with the operations and finance teams to verify billing accuracy and address any discrepancies.
- Continuously suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience and increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, logistics, or administrative support.
- Proficient in basic computer operations, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Detail‑oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
- Flexible to work the schedule of Tuesday to Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00.
