To support our rapid expansion in the Magetan area, we are seeking enthusiastic and results‑driven individuals to join our sales team as Sales Akuisisi Merchant EDC – Wilayah Magetan. This role focuses on acquiring new merchants for our state‑of‑the‑art Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines, helping local businesses transition to cashless payments while generating steady revenue for the company.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing and field visits to UMKM owners throughout the Magetan district.
- Present the features and benefits of our EDC devices, tailoring the pitch to each merchant’s specific needs.
- Achieve a daily sales target of 2–3 new EDC unit installations, documenting progress in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with merchants, providing post‑sale support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the operations team to schedule device delivery, installation, and training sessions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and market insights.
- Identify new business opportunities by monitoring local market trends and competitor activities.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product upgrades, pricing policies, and regulatory changes.
- Adhere to company safety protocols, especially when traveling on a two‑wheel vehicle.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, telecommunications, or consumer electronics.
- Possession of a valid SIM C and a personal two‑wheel motor vehicle for daily travel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic analytical ability to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
