Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company’s quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Leverage digital marketing tools—including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and paid advertising—to generate high‑quality leads and increase brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends within the Blitar and Tulungagung areas.
- Collaborate closely with the product development and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for senior management.
- Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow‑up.
- Participate in trade shows, community events, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s offerings.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior sales staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Adapt sales tactics based on real‑time feedback and market shifts to maximize conversion rates.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all qualified candidates.
- Gender: All genders are welcome to apply.
- Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid SIM C (motorcycle license) for regional travel.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing concepts, including social media advertising, content creation, and analytics.
- Proven ability to work against defined market targets and meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
- Residency or willingness to reside in the Blitar‑Tulungagung area is highly preferred.
