Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and professional Motorcycle Sales Staff to join our dynamic sales team in the vibrant regions of West Surabaya, Gresik, and Lamongan. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about two‑wheel mobility, enjoy direct customer interaction, and thrive in a target‑driven environment. As a front‑line representative of our brand, you will play a crucial part in expanding our market share and delivering exceptional service to motorcycle enthusiasts and everyday commuters alike.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers within the assigned territories (West Surabaya, Gresik, Lamongan).
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test rides, highlighting key features, benefits, and financing options.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into satisfied buyers.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest motorcycle models, accessories, and market trends.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in accordance with company policies.
  • Provide after‑sales support, including warranty assistance, service scheduling, and follow‑up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Report daily activities, sales figures, and market feedback using the company’s CRM system via a smartphone with at least 3 GB RAM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and inventory teams to coordinate promotional events and stock availability.
  • Adhere to safety regulations, maintain a clean and presentable appearance, and ensure the motorcycle used for work is in good condition.
  • Continuously improve personal sales techniques through training sessions and performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Male or female candidates, maximum age of 35 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; all study majors accepted.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in automotive or motorcycle retail.
  • Own a personal motorcycle, hold a valid SIM C, and possess a smartphone with a minimum of 3 GB RAM.
  • Strong familiarity with the West Surabaya, Gresik, and Lamongan areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet strict targets, and manage time effectively.
  • Highly responsible, honest, and disciplined with a customer‑centric attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust quickly.
  • Basic proficiency with mobile apps and sales reporting tools.
