Responsibilities
- Conduct daily canvassing activities, visiting retail stores, UMKM locations, and prospective clients to introduce and promote our fragrance line.
- Deliver product presentations, distribute free samples, and tailor recommendations based on client preferences and market trends.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with shop owners and decision‑makers to encourage repeat orders and brand loyalty.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional deals, then close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, documenting progress and providing regular performance reports to the sales manager.
- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, and emerging consumer trends to identify new opportunities and advise the product team.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, orders, and customer feedback using our sales administration application.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay current with the latest fragrance launches and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Junior High School (SMP/MTS) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably within the perfume, cosmetics, or related personal‑care sector.
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and ownership of a reliable motorbike for field work.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation abilities.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Basic proficiency in sales administration tools, sales analysis, and mobile applications for order entry.

- Willingness to work Monday‑Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
