As a Sales Force Lapangan, you will become the face of the BYD brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving the adoption of innovative, eco‑friendly automotive solutions. Responsibilities

  • Prospect, engage, and nurture potential customers across Pekanbaru and surrounding areas, converting leads into vehicle sales.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives of BYD Arista models, highlighting key features such as electric powertrains, safety systems, and connectivity.
  • Prepare and present customized quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using BYD’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the showroom team, finance department, and after‑sales service to ensure a seamless handover and high customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve or exceed personal monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall dealership goals.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product updates, market trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Represent BYD at local automotive events, roadshows, and community activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions, customer preferences, and potential improvement areas.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 24 – 38 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience in the automotive sector, preferably with electric or hybrid vehicles.
  • Licensing: Valid Indonesian Driving License (SIM A) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Core Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities; ability to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics; basic administrative and analytical competence.
  • Personal Qualities: High integrity, team‑oriented mindset, goal‑focused attitude, and a genuine desire to develop personal potential.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility to attend weekend events as needed.
