Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our growing team in Bengkalis, Riau. This full‑time position is based at our North Sumatra branch and offers a vibrant work environment where you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence. As a Sales Officer, you will be the frontline ambassador of Adira Finance’s financial products, building relationships with both existing and prospective customers while ensuring a seamless credit application process.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a portfolio of financial products to existing clients and new prospects across the Bengkalis region.
- Generate and secure orders from channel distribution partners, capturing accurate initial data and verifying customer information.
- Prepare and complete all required documentation for credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates and communicating approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, and collection locations, and answer any related queries.
- Conduct regular follow‑ups with clients to nurture relationships, address concerns, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and risk assessment teams to align sales strategies with market trends and risk parameters.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, reporting daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on product features, competitive landscape, and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 from any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age: Maximum 30 years.
- Gender: Male candidates only.
- Experience: At least 1 year of sales experience in a similar financial or B2C environment (experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory).
- Core Skills: Proven ability in B2C sales management, strong interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation proficiency, high integrity, persistence, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with sales management tools, basic Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms.
- Mobility: Own vehicle and a valid active SIM A/C license.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
