Introduction
Arga Makmur, a leading provider of construction and infrastructure solutions in Bengkulu, is seeking a motivated Surveyor to join our dynamic sales and customer‑service team. The role is based at our Arga Makmur office in Bengkulu and follows a Monday‑Saturday schedule, providing a balanced blend of field work and office coordination.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and present Arga Makmur’s product lines to existing clients and prospective customers, tailoring presentations to meet diverse needs.
- Generate sales orders through the company’s distribution channels, ensuring accurate capture of initial data and thorough verification of customer documentation.
- Prepare, review, and complete credit application packages, collaborating with the finance department to secure timely approvals.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing regular status updates to dealers and customers, and communicating final credit decisions clearly.
- Inform customers of payment due dates, designated payment locations, and any additional terms or conditions that affect their transactions.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, orders, and credit files in the company’s CRM system to support auditability and future follow‑ups.
- Develop strong relationships with channel partners, negotiating terms and ensuring mutual satisfaction while upholding Arga Makmur’s standards of integrity and professionalism.
- Identify market trends and customer feedback, relaying insights to product development and marketing teams to help refine offerings.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share performance metrics, and contribute ideas for improving the sales process.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any discipline; high school (SMA/SMK) graduates are also considered.
- Age: 29 years or younger; fresh graduates are welcome.
- At least one year of relevant experience in sales, credit processing, or customer service is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build trust.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own reliable transportation and a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A/C).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, managing a schedule that includes both office hours (08:00‑16:00) and occasional field visits.
