Responsibilities
- Assist the production team in setting up and breaking down equipment, props, and set pieces for daily shoots.
- Coordinate with the catering department to prepare and serve on‑set meals, with a special focus on dim sum and other Asian cuisine, ensuring all crew members receive timely and nutritious food.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards throughout the production schedule.
- Support the logistics team by managing inventory of kitchen supplies, utensils, and consumables, and updating the store management system as needed.
- Work closely with directors, producers, and other crew members to anticipate needs, respond to last‑minute changes, and keep the production timeline on track.
- Document daily activities, report any equipment issues, and suggest improvements for workflow efficiency.
- Participate in rehearsals and pre‑production meetings to understand the specific culinary requirements for each scene.
- Provide excellent customer service to fellow crew members, demonstrating good attitude, reliability, and a collaborative spirit.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in food preparation, catering, or production support.
- Open to all genders and ages; mothers and individuals of any age are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated ability to work patiently and meticulously under pressure.
- Experience in making dim sum is highly preferred, but not mandatory.
- Basic cooking skills are a strong plus and will be considered an added value.
