Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, repeat them back to guests for confirmation, and input them into the POS system.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery, addressing any special dietary requests or modifications.
- Monitor table conditions throughout the service, refilling drinks, clearing used dishes, and anticipating guest needs before they are expressed.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring all service stations are stocked.
- Handle payment transactions, process credit card authorizations, and issue accurate receipts while adhering to cash handling policies.
- Respond to guest feedback—both positive and constructive—with professionalism, and relay any concerns to the floor manager for swift resolution.
- Participate in pre‑service briefings and post‑service debriefs, sharing observations that can improve workflow and guest experience.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations and the restaurant’s internal policies.
- Engage in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, new service techniques, and hospitality best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18 years or older.

- No prior experience required, though previous hospitality or food‑service background is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian; additional language abilities are a bonus.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates safely.
- Basic math skills for handling orders, billing, and cash transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as the restaurant operates Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
